Monday - Chopped Steak, Up In Smoke Grilled Chicken, Meatloaf, Poppy Seed Chicken  

Tuesday - Chopped Steak, Up In Smoke Grilled Chicken, Country Fried Steak, Fried Pork Chops

Wednesday - Chopped Steak, Up In Smoke Grilled Chicken, Fried Chicken, Pot Roast

Thursday - BBQ DAY!  Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs, Smoked Chicken, Brunswick Stew

Friday - Fried Fish, Wings, Chopped Steak, Up In Smoke Grilled Chicken

Vegetables (varies daily) -  At least 6 choices daily

Pimento Mac, Mashed Potatoes, Collard Greens, Butter Peas, Green Beans, Grilled Vegetables, Cabbage, Long Grain and Wild Rice, Pimento Cheese Squash Casserole, Cream Corn, Cheesy Ranch Potatoes, Carrots, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Cheese Grits, Black Eyed Peas, Slaw, Potato Salad

Soups - We feature soups when the weather is cool - including Chicken and Dumplings, Brisket Chili, Vegetable Beef, Potato, White Chicken Chili, Beef Stew, Shrimp and Corn Chowder, and Chili
